MATERIALS

Brass and non-ferrous metals for OEM components

Brass is the foundation of our manufacturing process. In addition to brass, we forge and machine other non-ferrous metals to meet a wide range of program requirements and material specifications.

BRASS

Brass: our core material

Brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, combines excellent machinability, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability. It is the ideal material for hot forging and secondary machining operations.
We process different brass alloys, selected according to the technical drawing and sector-specific requirements.

During the co-engineering phase, we support customers in material selection and in defining process parameters to optimize yield, lead times and the quality of the finished part.

SPECIAL ALLOYS

Low-lead alloys

We forge and machine low-lead brass alloys, commonly referred to as lead-free, to support customers operating in regulated markets.
We select materials compliant with US and international standards applicable to each specific context, including components used in potable water systems subject to NSF/ANSI 61 and Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) requirements. Our expertise in alloy selection and processing allows us to deliver safe, stable, and reliable components, identifying the optimal solution based on your application and regulatory requirements.

BEYOND BRASS

Additional materials

Beyond brass, we forge and machine other non-ferrous metals including  aluminum, bronze and copper. Each material's unique mechanical properties open up additional application possibilities for your program.

We process specialty alloys including CuSn12.

TRACEABILITY

Material traceability and incoming inspection

Material monitoring is continuous throughout every stage of our manufacturing process, from incoming inspection through final shipment, ensuring control, consistency, and verifiable compliance with all applicable specifications.

Traceability is fully integrated with our certified quality management system, ensuring that every component meets the technical and regulatory requirements defined by your program. This is essential for regulated and high-demand industries, where complete material documentation and full lot-level traceability are prerequisites for supplier qualification.
